It is like the unofficial gamer uniform. But please bring multiple shirts and use one each day.

And if you dont show up to the Twisted Nether meetup ... I will find you.

Hydrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15322634847303998947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3055042588162022856.post-74882909608560808482013-02-26T18:13:13.099-06:002013-02-26T18:13:13.099-06:00When you're shy and/or socially awkward, Blizz...When you're shy and/or socially awkward, Blizzcon is the place to be. Everyone is weird and dorky, so there's absolutely no pressure.

The two big meetups that most bloggers go to are the WoW Insider party on the Thursday and Twisted Nether on the Friday. WoW Insider is kinda big and can be a little intimidating (I had a minor freak out on my first year - but that's the beauty of Blizzcon: I was surrounded by people with equally embarrassing panic problems so everyone was super empathetic). Twisted Nether is more intimate and easier.

Blizzcon itself is so huge that you just tend to get lost in the crowd. But again, everyone is in the same boat so there's no pressure to behave a certain way at all.

I know it's really scary to think of (I'm still nervous and it'll be my third Blizzcon), but it's SO totally worth it. It's like the one time of year that you can just be yourself and still fit in. You'll have a blast for sure.

I'll see you there!
